This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Police detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals hurt by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
